Below you will find the details on how to book a class on the Mindbody App. It’s super easy once you get the hang of it, so follow along and you’ll be pre-booking classes in no time!
While we don’t require preregistration at Mountain Strong Fitness, there are a number of benefits to signing up in advance! For example:
- You save your spot in class! No need to worry about classes filling up.
- Planning ahead ensures that you are making time for your workouts. This can be a great way to hold yourself accountable and ensure consistency.
- MindBody will send you friendly reminders about the class and also updates if the instructor changes or a class gets cancelled. So – let’s get started!
How To Book A Class On The MindBody App
Step 1-Open The MindBody App
If you haven’t downloaded the MindBody app, do that first. Next, you will have to create a new login for the app – even if you have already registered on our website. Follow the instructions to create an account using the same name, email, phone, etc. that you have registered with us here at the studio!
Once your account is created, you will be taken to a page where you can search for the business you are interested in. Use the search bar to find Mountain Strong Fitness. If our studio does not pull up, check the settings for the distance around you. It is automatically set to 2 miles so if you do not live that close to us, our studio will not show up.
Once you have found Mountain Strong Fitness, select it and you will be taken to the homepage. Once there, you can click the heart icon to the right of the text, to add it to your favorites.
Now when you login in the future, you can skip these steps and just click on Mountain Strong Fitness right from your home page!
Step 2 – View our Schedule
Once MSF is on your homepage, click on our name to view our current schedule. You can use the bar at the top to scroll to the dates you wish to look at. Once you see a class on the date you’d like, simply click the Book button next to that class.
Step 3 – Book Class
A window will pop-up at the bottom of the screen with the details of the class, your method of payment and a button that says book. Once you have confirmed that the details are correct, you can press book.
Friendly TIP! If you already have a pass with us and the app is asking for payment, it could be that you need to sync the app with our studio. On the option that states “Pay With” change it from a card option to your pass. If your passes are showing, it could be that you are booking outside of your current month of membership. Check the date on your pass and that will let you know how far in advance you can book. If you have a membership, your account will automatically renew and when that happens, you can schedule classes further out for the dates that match your pass. As soon as you press book, a confirmation will flash on your screen but it only lasts a moment so it’s easy to miss. The button that previously said “Book” next to the class on your schedule page will be greyed out and will now say “Booked”.
Once this is done, no further action is necessary as you are booked into the class at this point.
Step 4 – Confirm Your Class Booking/Details
If you want to double-check class bookings and details, simply click on the class name on the date in question and you will be taken to a page that will give you the info you need to know. This is also how you cancel your booking if you are unable to make the class.
